    This general contractor focuses on the development of it's employees, career growth, and leadership opportunities
    They have continuously generated high levels of revenue in Texas, and are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team
    Reputable construction company with a steep project portfolio ranging from multifamily projects for the next 3+ years

    Job Description

    Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
    Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
    Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
    Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
    Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
    Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

    The Successful Applicant

    At least 6+ years as a project manager of ground-up multifamily ground up experience
    Good tenure with past companies

    Full understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and duties of all subordinate staff, including all levels of Superintendent and Project Management, and the coordination of these positions.
