The Vassalboro Community School District Regional is seeking a Principal as a skilled and competent Education Leader for the students and staff in grades PreK-8.
Vassalboro Community School is searching for a dynamic and visionary Principal to lead our educational institution with passion, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence. This influential leader will shape the academic environment, foster innovative curriculum development, and cultivate a vibrant community dedicated to student success. As the cornerstone of our leadership team, the Principal will inspire staff, engage with families, and uphold the highest standards of education administration. Qualifications:
- Understands the developmental/functional and academic needs of all students, Pre-K to Grade 8.
- Inspires confidence and communicates effectively with all members of the school community.
- Leads teachers and staff in the improvement of instruction for all students in our school community.
- Holds high expectations for student and staff learning.
- Is energetic, visible, collaborative and student centered.
- Knowledgeable of PLC/RTI /MTSS Models
- Engages parents effectively in students' success; and
- Communicates clearly and purposefully with all stakeholders.
- Has strong technology skills; is skilled in leading both a hybrid and remote learning model
- Uses data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
- Hold proper/necessary credentials.
