Join our team in the Alnatura Abiturientenprogramm

In our Abiturientenprogramm, you will complete the shortened training as a Kaufmann*frau im Bio-Einzelhandel (retail merchant for organic products) in 18-22 months. Afterwards, you will complete a further 18-month part-time training as a Handelsfachwirt*in (retail management specialist). By participating in our internal leadership development program at Alnatura, you will have the opportunity to further your professional development for your future in our markets.

Start of training: September 2024
Training markets: Berliner Str. 2, 73728 Esslingen am Neckar or Jacob-Brodbeck-Straße 6, 70794 Filderstadt-Plattenhardt
Working hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
