Description

We are seeking a professional, customer service-oriented person to join our team. This position is considered Emergency Essential. The hiring process requires the applicant to pass a mathematics test and a drug/alcohol screening.

We currently have one position available:
Weekend availability is mandatory.

Floating coverage for additional hours on weekdays.

In total, weekly hours will add to 40 hours.

*Must be available for weekend shifts*Duties include:

• Gate operations
• Monitoring access to markets
• Processing credit card transactions to collect entrance fees
• Preparing and maintaining logs
• Rove patrol
• Communicating consistently, courteously, clearly, and respectfully
• Answer telephones in guardhouse
• Other tasks, as assigned

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

• Security: 1 year (preferred)
• Cash / Credit Card handling: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Maryland Driver's License (required)
