- Partner with business leaders to position and sell product and services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
- Technical specialist leading opportunities and deals including bringing in and facilitating the right Subject Matter Experts
- Review customer requirements and identifies key solution elements with the relevant Subject Matter Experts
- Proposal development and collaborate with the Pre-Sales Teams to develop competitive final proposals.
- Attend customer opportunity / strategy meetings to understand, present and articulate business and technical product and services strategy for the company and customer.
- Provide qualification of designs or opportunities and produce technical architecture/design documentation.
- Ensure that proposed solutions are valid and meet Customer specifications.
- Work closely with Sales Teams / Vendors / Partners to keep up-to-date with current and future product and services technologies and strategies to manage the 'cradle to grave' service/solution cycle.
- Drive adherence to business rules, including obtaining Deal Review Process (DRP) approval when required.
- Lead the review of solution and pricing during the deal reviews as appropriate.
- Promotes Computacenter's products and services offerings.
- Focus on increasing product and services revenue and profitability
- Engage in and manage Customer demonstrations and Proofs of Concept.
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring end to end delivery to client.
- Maintain high level of industry awareness through training and self-development.
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) (preferred) or related field or equivalent in work experience.
- 2- 5+ years as services and solutioning professional.
- Professional networking certifications a plus (i.e. CCNP/CCIE or equivalent)
- Experience with IT and services delivery methodologies.
- Understanding and knowledge of IT Trends and Business needs.
- Develop and deliver services solutions architecture presentations.
- Ability to understand client requirements and engage with cross-functional teams for services solutions development.
- Demonstrable ability to provide input into commercial/technical documents and to develop services solution specific business cases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present at large internal and external audiences and at board level.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
