We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented manager to join our team at our Ledo Pizza.Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations
Managing customer service, food preparation, and staff management
Scheduling and inventory management
Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant
Training and supervising staff
Handling customer complaints
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Creating and implementing marketing and sales strategies
Qualifications:
Strong communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and time-management under pressure skills are required.
Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and lead a team
Prior management or supervisory experience is preferred.
Point of Sale experience preferred.
