Looking for a fun and rewarding job that lets you work with kids? Skyhawks Sports Academy and SuperTots is hiring Program Coaches for our youth sports programs and classes


Company Overview:

• Over 40 years of offering skillbased sports opportunities for children
• Skyhawks skillbased offerings include 12 different sports across various camp and class formats for ages 6 to 1
• SuperTots classes offer children ages 2 to 5 gamebased development opportunities across 7+ different sports
• STEM Sports, a oneofakind program that blends the science of sports with traditional skillbased instruction
• Mission to teach life skills through sports
• Operate in hundreds of communities across nearly 30 states, providing quality sports instruction to thousands of children every year

Job Responsibilities:

• Great communication skills and work closely with your Director and fellow coaches
• Assist with program planning and implementation
• Help set up equipment and prepare participant giveaways
• Have autonomy, be responsible and reliable
• Bringing a lot of energy and joy so that children feel it.
• Lead instruction with a group of participants throughout the entirety of the program
• Commit to the full duration of assigned programs. Yearround courses and leagues take place weekdays after school. SuperTots programs take place on weekday mornings and Saturdays between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Qualifications:

• Highenergy, enthusiastic demeanor
• Being able to be part of a team where laughing and having fun is an integral part of our job.
• Multisport background preferred
• Flexible and adaptable
• Reliable, responsible and committed to following through on assignments
• Some experience working with kids
• Some experience coaching youth sports
• Desire to build experience developing youth and/or teaching sports
• Passion for and interest in developing leadership skills

Must have a valid driver's license and be prepared to travel to different parks with own reliabt le transportation

Must be at least 18 years of age
