V. is currently seeking a qualified professional to join our team at our crisis facility in Berlin Baumschulenweg. This position is part of our friendly and highly skilled night shift team.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing a reliable relationship for young people in crisis situations
  • Implementing pedagogical interventions
  • Collaborating with external committees to find solutions to problems
  • Communicating on an equal level with the team
  • Liaising with external organizations (e.g. hospitals, schools, youth welfare offices)
  • Documenting work
  • Enforcing house rules

Requirements:

  • Degree in education or similar qualifications
  • Understanding of young people in crisis situations
  • Ability to work independently in a pedagogical setting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Regular exchange with colleagues
