Position Overview:


As the Office Administrative Assistant/Manager, you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring smooth operations on a daily basis.

Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from office operations and handling correspondence to supporting our sales and service teams with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, offering exceptional customer service and directing inquiries as necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Support the accounting department with invoicing, expense tracking, and other financial administration tasks.
  • Assist sales and service teams with administrative support as needed.
  • Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems to improve efficiency.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Tasks as assigned by ownership.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in an administrative assistant or office manager role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google's suite and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving with strong decisionmaking capabilities.
  • High school diploma required; further education or certification in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
