RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in home
  • Collect accurate ongoing data on client's programs
  • Clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
  • Compliance to all related company policies and procedures
  • Attendance at staff meetings and trainings
  • Maintain confidentiality of all clients and professional conduct at all times
  • Engage in and ensure client safety
  • Teach communication skills, social skills, selfhelp skills, and play skills through Applied Behavior Analysis principles
  • Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts how to provide therapy to children and family in need of support
  • Visit our client's homes where you'll follow and use the plans that Board-Certified Behavior Analysts will create and supervise behavior intervention plans

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Some experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred
  • Familiar with interventions based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Good knowledge of applicable computer programs, including Microsoft office
  • Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance and obtain immunizations (TB clearance)
  • Be at least 18 years of age with some college education in the field; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
  • CPR/First Aid Certified preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
  • Must be willing to travel/drive to assigned work sites
