    Experience:

    • 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
    • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months within the past 12 months.
    • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
    • ASN completion required


    Requirements:

    • Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).
    • This role may require floating to additional units and locations
    • Local & travel allowed.
    • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.
    • 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.
    • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

    Experience:
    Will accept first-time traveler dependent on experience. Must have a strong background in MST.

    ability to provide direct and indirect patient care, strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, solid written and oral communication skills, ability to tolerate moderate to high stress levels, and experience reading telemetry strips

    Chest tubes, traches, PIV starts, drain & tubes, PCA pumps

    Gtts management – Amiodarone (occasionally), Fentanyl PCA, Ketamine PCA, Dilaudid PCA, Heparin
