    About the Job

    Fluke Health Solutions is looking for a Product Sales Specialist to support the continued growth of our sales team.

    As the Product Sales Specialist you are responsible for facilitating the full sales process from generating new sales opportunities via telephone, email, or other electronic communication, to quoting, and completing the sales cycle by winning opportunities.

    In this role, you will be primarily responsible for medical equipment sales. You will partner with our Equipment Quality Assurance sales team to improve customer excitement, sales opportunities, and support the long-term FHS strategic plan. You will also be responsible for running and growing existing accounts as well as generating new business through call-downs and email campaigns.

    Our ideal candidate will be highly driven to serve customers, have a collaborative mentality, and apply their technical and sales skills to process opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect and generate new business through activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and call-down campaigns.
    • Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure they meet the company's criteria
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM software
    • Facilitate the sales process through funnel driving and closing activities
    • Partner with marketing team to align on strategy to reach shared revenue goals
    • Balance diving into data, supporting efforts to drive product adoption, and thinking big about go-to market strategies
    • Build and adapt individual communication approaches to understand customer needs and remain responsive to changing customer goals and challenges
    • Meet or exceed assigned targets for sales growth in assigned product lines and territories.
    • Engage in up-sell opportunities with existing accounts where appropriate
    • Coordinate the involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook) and CRM (MSD preferred) software
    • Shown ability to swiftly establish relationships with customers
    • 2+ years in a customer facing role spending 60% or more of the day working with customers over the phone (sales preferred

    National: The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is $69,700 - $129,400

    Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
