Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team.

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling a variety of phone-based tasks, catering to our clients' diverse needs, which may include telemarketing, scheduling appointments, debt collection services, and providing outstanding customer support through both inbound and outbound calls.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients for telemarketing purposes.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently.
  • Handle debt collection calls with tact, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and transactions.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar call center role.
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in using call system and Microsoft office.
  • Bilingual fluency is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and call center systems is preferred.

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
