Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team.

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling a variety of phone-based tasks, catering to our clients' diverse needs, which may include telemarketing, scheduling appointments, debt collection services, and providing outstanding customer support through both inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients for telemarketing purposes.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently.
Handle debt collection calls with tact, empathy, and professionalism.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and transactions.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar call center role.
Proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in using call system and Microsoft office.
Bilingual fluency is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
Familiarity with CRM software and call center systems is preferred.

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
