Description
Collect client data regarding psychiatric/addiction condition- Document observed behavior and changes
- Conduct ongoing assessments of client's condition
- Chart clients' activities and progress toward meeting their goals in the treatment plan
- Ability to teach clients face to face skills, and engage and motivate clients to learn ADL skills and participate in discussions and activities
- Must display professional behavior at all time
