Square One is a leading provider of direct mail services, specializing in automation, building platforms, and technology solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented entry level Customer Service Representative to join our team.Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records and provide relevant information as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
