Position Overview:

This position is available to work from home and also onsite.

Extensive knowledge and experience with Epic analytics tools highly desired.

EDUCATION:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._

Bachelor's:
Business Management, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

8 years recent relevant experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, IS team members, management, and executive personnel/staff.

Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.

Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify relevant concerns and factors.

Working knowledge of industry standards and practices in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Extensive knowledge of reporting tools such as: Crystal Reports or Crystal Enterprise.

Working knowledge and understanding of:
database management systems, data extraction/transformation/load processes, BI platforms, statistical modeling, and financial modeling.

Solid knowledge of healthcare operations and structure.
