We are currently seeking Call Center Agents/Telephone Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) to support our customer management team in the field of dental insurance in North Bay, NY.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing consultation to existing and new customers regarding dental insurance via phone and email (no cold calling)
  • Creating personalized offers for dental insurance
  • Recording and maintaining customer data and handling applications
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and insurance companies
  • Assisting in the continuous development of our comparison offers

Qualifications:

  • Commercial education (e.g. office clerk or insurance specialist) or experience in the insurance industry
  • Previous experience in customer consultation
  • Strong customer orientation and a friendly phone manner
  • Independent, conscientious, and structured work style
  • Handson mentality with attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for digital business models
