Join Our Team as a Production Shift Supervisor at Ball Plant II

About Us: At Ball Plant II, we are committed to ensuring top-notch quality, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. We are looking for a dedicated Production Shift Supervisor to lead our team towards excellence.

Responsibilities:

Implement manufacturing objectives to optimize operations and reduce costs
Coach team members to meet quality, production, and cost goals
Manage staffing, performance evaluation, and training
Facilitate communication between shifts and teams
Lead quality improvement activities and problem-solving sessions
Promote a culture of continuous improvement
Establish team norms and ensure effective training

Requirements:

High school diploma with 3+ years of supervisory experience
Experience in manufacturing preferred
Demonstrated leadership and multitasking skills

Skills Needed: Effective communication, proficiency in MS Office Applications, and a willingness to undergo a Leadership Assessment.
