- Implement manufacturing objectives to optimize machine utilization and minimize operating costs.
- Coach team members to meet quality, production, and cost standards.
- Administer employment policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Coordinate communication between shifts and teams for efficient operations.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, provide training in quality improvement, and facilitate problem-solving sessions.
- Establish team norms, encourage effective communication, and resolve conflicts.
- Lead the training and integration of new associates and recognize accomplishments.
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- BA/BS and manufacturing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, handle multiple priorities, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with AGS/Microsoft Office Applications.
- Completion of Leadership Assessment for behavior-based interview.
