To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Student Assistant (m/f/d) in the field of service and consultation
Department of Service and Consultation | Mainz | at least 15 hours per week


Tasks

  • Supporting the team in the area of complaint management in daily work
  • Participating in consultation meetings with physicians in close cooperation with the legal department
  • Assisting in the processing of all complaint processes
  • Receiving calls from physicians, patients, and health insurance companies

Profile

  • Students (m/f/d) of health economics, business or social law, or other fields of study
  • Strong communication skills and sensitivity
  • Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the field of administrative work
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Structured and careful work style
