Hardwick Retail Apprenticeship - Parts and Warehouse Management 2024 (m/f/d)


Do you enjoy working with people and have a knack for organizing and advising? Then an apprenticeship as a retail specialist with a focus on parts and warehouse management (m/f/d) at Hardwick is just the right fit for you.

You will ensure that all necessary parts are available in the workshop in the correct quantity and at the designated time.

This involves coordinating with both customers and suppliers and working with common IT systems.

Your workplace is not just limited to the warehouse - you may also be assigned to the accessory shop to assist customers.

With your expertise in managing goods and supplies, you will have a clear understanding of the flow of goods in the automotive industry.

What will you learn?

  • Identifying and ordering spare parts for the workshop and end customers
  • Procuring safetyrelevant parts
  • Using ITbased administrative and ordering systems (e.g. Microsoft Office programs like Excel and specialized software from manufacturers)
  • Customer consultation (in person and over the phone)
  • Managing smooth incoming and outgoing goods processes
  • Receiving, inspecting, and properly storing goods
  • Tasks in parts and accessory sales for cars, vans, and trucks
