Responsibilities:

Draft Engagement Letters.
Provide Litigation Support.
Prepare and edit legal documents and correspondence including letters, memos, briefs, pleadings and reports.
Efiling approved documents on various court portals.
Calculating and calendaring court deadlines.
Reviewing, proofreading and formatting documents.
All other administrative and support tasks, as assigned.

Qualifications:

3+ years of administrative assistant experience with a
Litigation focus, working for multiple attorneys.
State and Federal electronic court filing experience.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, efiling systems, document management systems and billing systems.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Deadline and detailoriented.

Adaptability:

Ability to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position evolves and Firm needs change.
Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team.
Ability to organize, multitask, set priorities, manage time efficiently, and exhibit excellent followup.

Other:

In office 4 days a week.
