- Off boarding: conduct exit interviews with employees leaving the company

- Experience in a people operations role
- Full cycle recruitment experience
- Knowledge of agile principles and current technologies used in software development

- Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Exceptional communication skills
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant degree preferred
- Must be in the Tampa Bay Area or willing to relocate without assistance (hybrid work environment)
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no subcontracts or visa sponsorship)
