The Armed Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety of the employees, visitors and designated store site.The Security Officer will have a full time schedule and an opportunity to work with a team of great professionals.
DC security certificate is REQUIRED. You will be asked to send over all credentials for verification.Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
- Protect company assets from internal and external theft and unauthorized access.
- Ensure the safety of employees, customers and visitors.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Regularly patrol assigned areas and monitor surveillance systems to detect threats, fire and unusual events.
- Have basic knowledge of first aid procedures and emergency medical treatment.
- Be able to operate security technology systems.
Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
Experience level:
- 2 years
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
