Our team consists of a diverse group of highly skilled professionals including engineers, designers, project managers, and inspectors.


Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage phone systems, including answering calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating employee benefits
  • Manage vendor relationships, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed
  • Assist with budgeting by tracking expenses and preparing reports
  • Coordinate calendar management for meetings, appointments, and events
  • Plan and organize company events or meetings as required
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients or customers
  • Communicate effectively with team members, providing support and addressing any concerns or issues

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of professional office procedures
  • Experience in vendor management and budgeting is preferred
  • Excellent calendar management skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

$ $22.56 per hour
