This is how you contribute:


  • Administrative support to the commercial team leader in coordinating daily business, travel management, and travel expense reporting
  • Contact person (human) and interface for employees (human) and business partners (human)
  • General correspondence (written communication, protocols, notes, etc.) as well as scheduling and office organization
  • Entering purchase requests and preparing billing documents
  • General tasks in the assistant role in the commercial department, from managing contracts to obtaining credit reports
  • Support of the commercial team leader in implementing operational tasks in daily business
  • Support in the recruiting process and in personnel matters in close coordination with the HR department
  • Creating presentations and organizational charts
  • Support in handling legal cases

This is what you bring with you:

  • Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship or many years of experience as an assistant for a management level
