Compensation


Compensation for roles at Pacific Companies varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, role, skill set, and years of experience in physician staffing.

As required by applicable law, Pacific Companies provides the following reasonable base salary range of compensation for this role:
$45,000 - $85,000 In addition, Pacific Companies provides a range of benefits for this role, including uncapped commission opportunities.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of recruiting or sales experience within healthcare
  • Proficient in the English language
