Our client, a company in the mobility industry, is looking for a Payroll Clerk (m/f/d) to join their team in Dresden as soon as possible.

What you will do:

  • Processing payroll while adhering to legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations
  • Processing and entering timekeeping data, including error correction
  • Advising employees on payroll, collective bargaining, social security, and tax issues
  • Reporting times/travel times and invoicing to the finance department
  • Creating statistics and reports, as well as certificates and handling correspondence
  • Ensuring proper calculation and payment of all related payments (taxes, social security, company savings plans, etc.)
  • Managing organizational management in SAP
  • Assisting with consulting on company pension plans and pension capital

What you bring:

  • At least a completed 3year commercial apprenticeship
  • Several years of experience in payroll processing
  • Good knowledge of collective bargaining, tax, social security, and labor law
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP
