Our Warehouse Technician I - Receiving plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our pharmaceutical products.

Once you complete our training, your responsibilities will include completing inventory replenishment process utilizing manual or automated technology. You will be integral in ensuring that inventory is correctly stocked and labeled, protecting the integrity of sterile supplies.

What the Warehouse Technician I - Receiving Does Each Day:


  • Follows inventory re-order levels
  • Restocks shelves, labels inventory correctly, and rotates stock (FEFO)
  • Verifies bill of lading and packing slips, transacts, and reconciles activity
  • Checks for and replaces opened, damaged, expired, or excess inventory
  • Assists in preparing, packaging, and shipping supplies for vendor returns
  • Participates in physical inventories and cycle counts for accurate control
  • Maintains technical competencies in Inventory Management system
  • Provides shipment statuses, supports inventory transfers, and expedites requests
  • Moves material within and between warehouses based on inventory, kitting, and production
  • Unloads and loads trucks safely and costeffectively
  • Receives and puts away material using electric pallet jack and forklift
  • Completes accurate paperwork and ERP system transactions

Minimum Requirements for this Role:


  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
  • Familiarity with and comfortable using mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, handhelds
  • Able and willing to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift throughout each shift, with or without accommodation
  • 18+ years of age
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis; QuVa will not sponsor applicants for work visas
  • Requires 12 years of experience in anyone, or combination of the following: Distribution, Warehousing, Shipping, Receiving, Logistics, Material handling, Customer Service, Inventory Control, or other comparable service line
  • Completion of Material Handling Equipment training and understanding of inventory management and rotation

Any of the Following Will Give You an Edge:

  • Experience with an electric pallet jack and forklift
  • Understanding of inventory management and rotation
  • Experience with the use of Supply Chain technology solutions
  • Material Transactions on the job training
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • AS400 and INFOR or other ERP experience highly desired
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • UPS WorldShip experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Knowledge of discrete batch manufacturing in pharmaceutical or related field preferred
