Description

Integrative Medical & Wellness Center in Upper West Side seeking a strong Operations Supervisor presence to help grow operations

Duties:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff, interns, medical assistants and coordination between doctors and other practitioners to ensure smooth operations
Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products

Implement and maintain systems to optimize efficiency

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
Train and develop team members on proper systems and software
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
Collaborate with other departments, such as Pain Management, Aesthetics and Specialist Referrals
Resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise

Experience:

Previous experience in a medical/wellness practice preferred
Proven track record in team management and supervision
Strong knowledge of KPI and organisational proficiency
Familiarity with EHR, software preferred
23 years experience in a Supervisor/Managerial Position
