About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Creative to join our Marketing team.

This individual should be highly innovative and able to add that unexpected element to all everything that you and the team develops.

The role will lead a multi-disciplinary team (Design, Copy, Video) to deliver break-frame creative.

You'll have a deep understanding of each craft and be able to give clear, credible, and timely feedback.

Reporting to the Sr.

Vice President/ Chief Brands Officer, you'll enjoy ideating new and exciting ways to continue to move all brands forward, while motivating the teams to do the same.


What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities

  • Bring newness and innovation to our brands' creative, continuing to define how each brand shows up for customers, and infusing the graphic design, copy, and video efforts with fresh ideas.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Art Direction to concept, design and execute bestinclass creative inclusive of brand campaigns, seasonal editorial campaigns, sale/event campaigns, OLV/video/social content, graphics, etc.
  • Lead and provide meaningful feedback to inhouse Creative Leads/Managers across all their team's disciplines (Design, Video, Copy) to ultimately develop and uplevel creative across all mediums.
  • Manage a variety of crossfunctional relationships from your peers in Creative to the broader marketing and product teams.
  • Maintain a finger on the pulse of the current retail market, best practices, and overall pop culture trends to develop, evolve, and uplevel our creative work.
  • Bring big ideas to the table for us to explore to help our brands grow and evolve in the marketplace, standing out in exciting ways.
  • Present work and campaign ideas in an organized and thoughtful manner that speaks to creatives and noncreatives alike.
  • Support your creative decisions with evidence, insights, and rationale beyond the aesthetic.

What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising or Design preferred.
  • 12+ years' experience at either an established Advertising Agency or In-House Agency.
  • 3+ years' experience leading a multidisciplinary Creative Team.
  • Ability to generate big, strategically driven ideas and bring them to life with your team and partners.
  • Strong presentations skills that effectively sellin ideas, encourage engagement, and elevate the creative team's representation within the organization as trusted experts and collaborative partners.
  • Retail experience preferred.
  • Software excellence in Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of Sketch and Figma.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail and ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously in the fastpaced retail landscape.
  • Collaborative energy is key to success as a partner, leader, and integral team member in our growing Marketing Creative Department.
  • Online Portfolio demonstrative of awardworthy work across mediums.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, in a hybrid work arrangement from our Dublin California office.
