- Oversee and manage lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Review lease documentation and identify any discrepancies or issues
- Prepare and maintain lease records, including updating information and tracking lease expirations and renewals
- Conduct regular lease audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to resolve lease-related issues
- Assist with lease negotiations and renegotiations, including analyzing lease terms and conditions
- Coordinate with landlords and tenants to address lease-related inquiries or concerns
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Lease Operator or similar role within the accounting industry
- Strong knowledge of lease management principles and practices
- Familiarity with accounting software and lease management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
