The Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) is the largest university in Baden-Württemberg with around students at nine study academies and three campuses, as well as the Center for Advanced Studies. Together with 9,000 selected companies, social and healthcare institutions, DHBW ensures an excellent qualified next generation of professionals and leaders in the fields of business, technology, social work, and health, through a combination of theory and practice.

Since January 1, 2023, it has been part of the dual European University EU4Dual.

Karlsruhe, located in the Rhine Valley between the Palatinate Mountains, Vosges, and Black Forest, is a young city in the heart of Europe. The Karlsruhe Technology Region is one of the most powerful regions in Europe and is considered a leading science and high-tech location. Currently, around 3,200 students are enrolled in the faculties of Business and Technology at DHBW Karlsruhe.
