Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact to our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations.

This position is ideal for someone with working experience at a professional company, who is computer-savvy and has excellent communication skills.

• Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome company guests, tenants and customers with a warm and friendly demeanor and direct them to the appropriate staff member
• Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, arrange travel accommodations and manage the office calendar
• Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records as requested by Management
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient workflow
• Manage daily mail deliveries
• Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
• Provide personal assistant support to the office manager
• Qualifications:
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• High school degree or additional college education is a plus
