What you will achieve with us:

Conceptualization, planning, and optimization of production processes
Monitoring of costs, investments, and necessary operating resources
Design and implementation of plant concepts
Analysis of weak points and elimination of sources of error
Conducting postcalculation
Participation in project management

What you bring with you:

Completed engineering education or a comparable degree
Experience in manufacturing technology
Knowledge of production planning and optimization, ideally with REFA techniques and/or Kanban, etc.
Independent work style, ability to analyze complex problem structures, and teamwork skills
Negotiation skills in German and good knowledge of English
