The following tasks are waiting for you as a Service Technician (m/f/d): - Installation and maintenance of customer systems in the field - Implementation of new hardware and software solutions - Handling of customer inquiries in 1st or 2nd level support - Conducting trainings for new or existing systems Requirements you should bring: - Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), IT system electronics technician (m/f/d) or a related education - Preferably some experience in the above-mentioned areas - Good knowledge in the field of networking and the Microsoft product range - A valid driver's license (Class B)
