NGage Properties Group (NPG) is a fast growing boutique, full-service design and build company.Our Design and Build approach caters to the discerning needs of our client base and provides end-to-end architectural design, interior design, engineering expertise; and complete construction of large scale home renovations and custom home building projects.
Overview:
NGage Properties Group is located, and services clients in, the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Plus, it is celebrating its 10th year anniversary this year; which, offers a tremendous opportunity for career growth. This position reports directly to the Founder and CEO and oversees all marketing activities for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement content marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Maintain various areas of the company website by keeping content and imagery current and uptodate.
- Develop editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
- Create additional marketing campaigns for prospects, client referrals, client events, etc. to increase social media presence and drive qualified traffic.
- Create 30, 60, 90day action plans for newly signed projects as well as nearly completed projects.
- Analyze web traffic metrics; and, optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a Construction related field
- 34 years proven marketing experience as a Content Marketing Manager
- 12yrs experience in the residential remodeling, construction and/or real estate industry
- At least one (1) year of experience in written communication, graphic design, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Mail Chimp and Square Space
- Understanding of web publishing requirements
- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
- Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
- Expertise in social media platforms
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Proven work experience in real estate or higher remodeling industry.
- Terminology used in general construction operations and residential real estate.
- High energy, versatile and selfdirected.
- Ability to travel to different properties as needed.

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
