MECKLEY SERVICES IS LOOKING FOR A COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT-EXTERIOR WORK WHO HAS A FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL COST AND FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE OF CONCRETE AND EXTERIOR SITE WORK.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage commercial exterior renovation work. Small project renovation experience a plus.
  • In charge of management of concrete and exterior site work
  • Client and Sub-Contractor coordination
  • Changeorder Logs and Subcontract Changeorder tracking

Qualifications:


  • A Superintendent should have fundamental knowledge of construction material cost and fundamental knowledge of Concrete and Exterior Site Work
  • Minimum 5 years in Commercial Service Management Industry
  • Ability to be flexible to adjust to changing conditions and the needs of our customers.
  • Good communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills required
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to successfully complete and pass a criminal background screening, drug test, and driver's license check
