This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Sales and Catering, located in San Antonio, TX.
In this leadership position, the individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue, cultivating relationships with clients, and overseeing the catering team's day-to-day operations.
Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, creating customized event packages, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution. A focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting organizational sales goals is essential.Qualifications
Proven experience in sales strategy development and client relationship management
Strong expertise in event planning, catering operations, and contract negotiation
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Background in the hospitality industry preferred
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
