Job Summary
Su-Th - 3pm to 11pm

M-F - 11am to 7pm

Tue-Sat - 11am to 7pm

Responsibilities include shipping and receiving of equipment products throughout the enterprise. Participate in running and maintaining warehouse pick, pack, and ship operations. Processing and fulfilling warehouse orders, and supervising day to day warehouse activities with little or no supervision. Position reports to the CSC Order Fulfillment Manager with direction from CSC Order Fulfillment Lead.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:
High School diploma or GED


Licenses/Certifications:
Forklift certification preferred


Experience / Knowledge / Skills:


  • One (1) year of experience in inventory management warehousing, orderfulfillment, shipping, or receiving or asset management
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to utilize software interface to fulfill orders, issue goods receipts, complete shipping manifests, maintain warehouse inventory, etc

Principal Accountabilities

  • Works in warehouse space for incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory storage. Rotate products to facilitate firstin first out inventory fulfillment.
  • Assists in monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels; process orders as required; track order and investigate problems.
  • Moves goods in warehouse using forklift, pallet jack, motorized lift and utilize pallet preparation machinery.
  • Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
  • Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports departmentbased goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.
  • Demonstrates commitment to caring for every member of our community by creating compassionate and personalized experiences. Models Memorial Hermann's service standards by providing safe, caring, personalized and efficient experiences to patients and colleagues.
  • Other duties as assigned.
