Requirements to be successful in this role:
- Prior experience in a hotel setting or in a similar role is ideal, but willing to train the right person. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
- Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
- Bilingual (English and Spanish speaking) is a plus
