Your Responsibilities


As a business partner, you will be responsible for all commercial requirements in the project and act as a sparring partner for project managers.

You will also serve as a business partner for product line managers in the development department, overseeing revenue, costs, and results.

Your tasks will include conducting cost center controlling in the development department, managing project reporting, and monitoring cost planning and control through budget comparisons and cost estimates.

You will also assist in capacity planning and be responsible for monthly and annual financial statements, including various reports.

Additionally, you will evaluate unfinished services and potential loss provisions for development projects, as well as create annual plans and forecasts.

Other responsibilities include calculating hourly rates for product lines, analyzing plan vs.

actual variances, and controlling projects for funding - planning and accounting for the use of funds, as well as providing commercial support for audits by auditing firms.

You may also participate in or lead special projects and independently optimize processes and workflows with the goal of standardization and automation.


Bringing Your Strengths:
Your Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in finance or controlling and several years of experience in project controlling.

You should have strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers and processes. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and knowledge of InforLN is a plus. Additionally, you should be highly motivated, have excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be service-oriented. Fluency in English is also necessary.
