The Customer Care Representative is a full-time opportunity and available for immediate hire.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with great customer service skills and the ability to handle high volume work as well as one-on-one customer interaction.

• Outstanding communication skills, time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask is a must
• Excel in a fastpaced environment, handling multiple phone lines
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Geographic understanding of Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia is a must

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Dispatching/scheduling service calls to technicians from our Management Technology America (MTA) system
• Creating, sending and receiving "Do" Forms
• Input of new Customer Preventative Maintenance agreements/ ordering necessary parts and scheduling with customers/technicians
• Maintain Service Management System (MSSD) screens in Management Technology America (MTA) by updating/segments/coding work orders and invoicing them.
• Centralizing customers through Crown Equipment website
• Processing credit card transactions online
• Posting technicians labor in Management Technology America (MTA)
• Filing warranty claims with vendors
• Maintaining Daily Tech Board
