Clinical Manager for Partial Hospitalization Program - Reading, United States - Tower Behavioral Health

_Master's Degree required and license preferred_
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide oversight and support to all clinical operations in areas assigned.
- Provide oversight and monitor clinical services as it relates to service provision, treatment and access.
- Review and analyze clinical and operational performance results. Develop plans for improvement as needed.
- Provide staff management to including hiring, development, training, performance management and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation.
- Develop and implement behavioral health processes, procedures and policies across programs.
- Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning and reporting processes as appropriate.
- Represent the company at meetings in the community.
- Collaborate with other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative work environment.
- Support compliance by adherence to accreditation standards as well as standards of funding agencies and licensing boards.
- Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
Experience:
Required
- Management or administration experience and/or three years work experience in Utilization Management
- 3 year(s): Supervision experience
- 5 year(s): Experience in behavioral health services with clinical experience with all target populations (SMI, SED, DD, SUD) required

- Masters or better in Psychology
