Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Janitor to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a environment where your cleaning skills will be valued.
Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning / maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and clinic exam rooms, empty trash cans then clean and reline them.
- Inspect building areas for cleanlines, identify issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks performed
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests from Clinic Staff or Corporate office
- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with safety regulations
- Skills:
- MSDS knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets, how to use them, read them, interpert them
- Proficiency in cleaning techniques. How to properly use chemical dispensing systems and equipment such as hipster or upright vacuums
- Strong independent work skills to function effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff and patients
- Fluency in English for clear communication within the team
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$ $21.77 per hour
Expected hours: 5 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
