• You will independently handle claims and contracts for our clients in all insurance sectors
• You will create and develop coherent insurance concepts
• You will review and comment on documents and contracts
• You will ensure customer-oriented processing

What should you bring?

• You have successfully completed a degree in law (m/f/d), at least with a first state examination
• You ideally have experience with claims and customer consultation/customer service
• You have strong communication skills in correspondence with insurers, claimants, experts, and lawyers
• You have a high level of ambition, initiative, and assertiveness
• You consider customer orientation and teamwork to be among your strengths
• You are proficient in working with MS Office, Word, and Excel
• You work reliably, carefully, and precisely
