Overview:
Duties:
- Perform remodeling tasks such as removing existing shower and bathtubs, replace valve and trim set, install new walls and shower/bathtub/walk in tubs. Vanities, flooring etc.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete remodeling projects efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Follow blueprints and construction plans to meet project specifications.
- Ensure highquality workmanship and attention to detail in all remodeling tasks.
- Collect payment and have customers sign off on completion forms.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in remodeling on Baths is required.
- Must have own truck/van and tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Pay:
$ $600.00 per day
Payment frequency:
- 1099 contract
- Paid biweekly
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Year round work
Experience:
- Construction: 3 years (required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Grand Rapids, MI: Relocate before starting work (required)
