Zoox is looking for a highly organized and ambitious Recruiting Coordinator to join our University Relations team.

You will work with the Program Manager and recruiters to support high-volume recruiting coordination and to support University program events.

You will provide a great intern experience starting from the recruitment stage to internship completion.

In this role, you will:

Work closely with the Program Manager to support externalfacing university events as well as internspecific event planning
Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in the interview process and implement appropriate solutions
Willingness to take ownership of crossfunctional tasks within the UR team on an asneeded basis

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred
1 year of experience in a fastpaced environment juggling multiple tasks
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize a variety of competing priorities effectively
Selfdirected and able to balance a high sense of urgency with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Adept ability to navigate a fastpaced environment and adapt quickly to change while maintaining a professional demeanor
Experience working within a University program or recruiting organization preferred

Compensation

This is a contract position and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with Zoox. The pay range for this position is $35 to $45 per hour, and you will be eligible for a benefits package as offered by the vendor.
