Description
**Overview**
The mission of Portabull Storage is to be the leader in all temporary on site storage solutions by providing reliable equipment, industry specific technology and the highest quality customer service. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with company customers. The Sales Manager will provide on-site storage solutions to customers by developing and carrying out a planned sales strategy while offering top quality customer service.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
Manage regional sales by developing a sales strategy and business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Become familiar with industry standards as well as sales strategies of top competitors
Keep updated list of customers and all interactions with customers in company CRM
Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Work with management and other departments to create and implement KPIs for sales department
