We are offering a monthly inflation bonus of €333.33 net for full-time employment from 10/23 to 06/24 at Tenino.

Due to the relocation of our current position holder, we are now seeking a Deputy Head of Care with a Deputy Director of Nursing role.

"Rethinking Care and Living" is our motto. We operate according to the shared living concept, moving away from hospital-like structures. Our daily life is shaped by 8 living groups with their own kitchen, providing a fantastic atmosphere for our residents.

As part of this full-time or part-time position, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Care for our second living area, which has 26 residents and approximately 20 employees. The responsibilities for this role are diverse and include:

Managing the area: scheduling, vacation planning, and route planning

Ensuring the quality of care and taking responsibility for nursing

Collaborating with doctors and therapists

Representing the area internally and externally

Working with families and supporting volunteer
